Contraindications
Do not take Tadalis SX in case of:

• allergy to tadalafil or any of the other ingredients in this product

• recent stroke, heart attack, or in case of low or high blood pressure

• taking nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate), drugs that release nitric oxide (e.g., amyl nitrite)

• taking drugs for angina pectoris (e.g., Nitrates or Nitric Oxide)

• other serious heart conditions or liver disorders

• rare retinal diseases (e.g., retinitis pigmentosa) or vision loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION)

• taking riociguat (for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension)

• taking alpha-blockers used for treating hypertension or symptoms of urinary tract diseases associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia

• taking protease inhibitors for the treatment of AIDS or HIV infection

• taking other medications for the treatment of erectile dysfunction

Warning
Consult your doctor before starting to take medications containing tadalafil if you have:

• heart problems

• Peyronie’s disease or other penile deformity

• peptic ulcer or bleeding disorders (e.g., hemophilia)

• intolerance to certain sugars (e.g., lactose)

• sickle cell anemia, leukemia, or multiple myeloma

In patients suffering from severe kidney disorders, the maximum recommended dose is 10 mg.

The concurrent use of Tadalis SX and other medications must be approved by your doctor, especially if you are taking ritonavir, saquinavir, ketoconazole, itraconazole, and erythromycin.

Possible side effects of the product
The use of products based on tadalafil may cause side effects. Usually, these are mild to moderate and generally short-lived. The most common side effects include headache, nausea, indigestion, facial flushing, hot flashes, vision disturbances (blurred vision or so-called blue vision), memory problems, stuffy nose, and dizziness.

Important warning
If, after taking the product, you experience a sudden worsening of vision or hearing, or a persistent erection lasting more than 4 hours, especially if without sexual stimulation and accompanied by pain, consult a doctor immediately.

Seek immediate medical attention in case of any unusual reaction or sudden worsening of health status following the use of the product. Also, if the most common side effects last longer.

Storage
