Contraindications

• You are taking alpha-blockers for high blood pressure or symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia

• You are taking protease inhibitors for AIDS or HIV treatment

• You are taking other medications for erectile dysfunction

Warning
Consult your doctor before starting medications containing tadalafil if you have experienced:

• Heart problems

• Peyronie’s disease or other penile deformities

• Peptic ulcers or bleeding disorders (e.g., hemophilia)

• Intolerance to certain sugars (e.g., lactose)

• Sickle cell anemia, leukemia, or multiple myeloma

For patients with severe kidney problems, the recommended maximum dose is 10 mg.

Taking Vidalista 20 mg along with other medications should be approved by your doctor, especially if taking ritonavir, saquinavir, ketoconazole, itraconazole, or erythromycin.

Possible Side Effects
